Job Description:
- Partner closely with the Global VP of Sales to execute against the company strategy for our European office;
- Develop and operationalize sales strategies across our inside sales team based in the EU;
- Scale the sales and sales support staff to maximize performance and efficiency;
- Drive organizational structure and GTM strategy to ensure sales executives are maximizing revenue and acquisition for Slice;
- Work with Global VP of Sales to build sales training programs, test new strategies and grow the reach;
- Develop a strong culture and motivate the team through incentive programs and continued education opportunities;
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales quota and crush goals;
- Optimize the shop playbook to maximize pizzeria adoption, retention, and revenue;
- Lead cross functional efforts to test new programs and initiatives to drive up revenue/shop;
- Partner with and influence key stakeholders inside and outside of Slice to execute against restaurant development initiatives;
- Inspire and influence the organization to go bold and take bigger bets;
- Provide product feedback and new recommendations based on requests from “top of the funnel” restaurants;
- Work closely with Business Intelligence to guide lead scoring and ensure the team is calling the right restaurants in the right markets at the right time.
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing and leading large inside sales teams;
- Previous management or relationship with an international team is a plus;
- Consistent track record of delivering results in a high velocity inside sales organization;
- Willingness to move quickly and adjust with all the nuances of a startup culture;
- Self-starter and self-motivator;
- Proficient using Salesforce CRM;
- Experience creating and implementing high impact strategic initiatives;
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate an international team;
- First-rate time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks;
- Clear understanding and track record of how to make data driven decisions;
- Demonstrated ability to train a sales team in strategic selling techniques;
- Demonstrated ability to hire successful sales executives/leadership and train them through an efficient ramp-up period;
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus.
Additional information:
Working conditions:
- 40 hr. work week;
- Working hours: 15:00-23:00, Monday to Friday.
