Job Role

Cleanroom production operator is a skilled technician responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. You will use your in-depth knowledge to perform tasks connected with production process and packing.  Attention to detail, precision, and concentration are essential in your work. Inspecting the packing procedures is crucial. Cleanroom Operators promptly bring any issues to management’s attention. Cleanroom production operators play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient production environment, ensuring quality output while following safety protocol.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow SOP and standard analytical procedures to meet Good Agricultural and Collection Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices Compliance
• Develop production processes in accordance with the GACP and GMP Guidelines
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and all safety regulations
• Supports the Head of production in various ways such as post harvest, drying, cutting, curing and packing
• Preparation in documentation and equipment suitable for production processes
• Supervise the cleanliness of drying/curing/cutting/ packing areas.
• Supervise the cleanliness of gowning areas
• Receiving plants from cultivation, transporting and filling out proper documentation
• Cutting of each plant
• Checking the correctness of the premises and equipment in production and informing the maintenance team and head of department
• Monitoring of parameters of drying rooms
• Measuring each plant after harvest
• Packing process
• Preparing proper documentation and equipment for packing process
• Measurement of control plants in the drying process
• Organization, monitoring and implementation packing process
• Assisting with all aspects of the company's production operations from post harvest to packing
• Assisting in monitoring and documenting according to GMP
• Perform daily work in assigned production rooms in cleanroom/ production work areas
• Ensure that the production records are properly documented
• Post Harvest preparation
• Transport of plants from/to processing rooms
• Conducting drying, cutting, curing and packing process
• Transport to the drying room
• Filling up necessary documentation for post-harvesting process including but not limited:
• Records of monitoring conditions

Qualification

• Experience with documentation in a QM-system.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices`s, especially knowledge of EU GMP guidelines
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and interact at all levels of an international, multicultural, and multilingual organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to creatively develop personalized solutions
• Fluent in English and Macedonian
