Sales and design are handled internally by experienced teams.
What we are currently missing is a strong performance marketing professional who takes full responsibility for lead generation and campaign performance and works closely with internal teams both remotely and on-site.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will take operational responsibility for paid ads and lead generation on a part-time basis (50%).
This role is intentionally limited:
- no full-funnel overkill
- no parallel large-scale projects
- no social media or content marketing
The focus is on clean campaign setup, testing, and measurable results – step by step.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Planning, building, and managing paid advertising campaigns end-to-end
- Developing B2B funnels with a focus on:
- call requests
- form-based leads
- Daily optimization of campaigns based on performance data
- Conducting A/B tests (ads, audiences, creatives, funnels)
- Efficient management and control of advertising budgets
- Ensuring lead quality in close coordination with the sales team
Advertising Platforms
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (search-focused)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B, performance-driven)
Collaboration with Design
- Close cooperation with the internal design team
- Providing clear professional guidance regarding:
- campaign goals
- target audiences
- core messages & hooks
- formats and CTAs
- Evaluating creatives in terms of campaign suitability and performance
- Final campaign decisions in coordination with management
- Deriving design optimizations based on performance data
(Design execution is handled by the design team)
Landing Pages & Funnels
- Content-level guidance of landing pages (structure, messaging, conversion logic)
- Ensuring consistency between ads, landing pages, and lead intent
- Focus on conversion optimization, not aesthetics
Analysis & Reporting
- Analysis of lead quality, CPL, and funnel performance
- Preparation of clear weekly reports
- Derivation of concrete learnings and optimization recommendations

🧠 Your Profile
🔧 Professional & Technical Skills
- Proven experience in performance marketing / paid ads (B2B)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Solid understanding of funnels, lead qualification, and conversion tracking
- Experience working with performance-critical budgets
- Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing actions
🌐 Communication & Working Style
- Clear and confident communication with designers and management
- Decisions are based on data, not opinions
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style
🎓 Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in performance marketing
- Proven success in generating qualified B2B leads
- Experience with complex or service-based offerings is an advantage
- German language skills are a strong plus due to international orientation
