Position Overview:
We are looking for SEO Expert to join our team full-time and on-site in the Skopje region.
This role involves working on Pikasa’s own digital presence as well as SEO activities for clients and multiple projects across different markets.
Responsibilities:
The SEO Expert will be responsible for SEO activities both for Pikasa and for client projects, including:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for company and client websites
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and overall user experience
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve SEO performance across different markets and projects
- Prepare regular SEO reports, insights, and recommendations for management and project teams
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and current trends
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, SEMrush, Moz, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Proactive mindset and ability to contribute across multiple projects
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in the Skopje region
- Nice to have: Knowledge and practical experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including optimization for AI-driven search and generative platforms, will be considered a strong plus
