Social Media Assistant Vacancy

The Job:

T-Dynamics is continuously growing and we would like to invite you to become a part of our team. We are opening one new position for Social Media Assistant in our office in Skopje. Our company is looking for reliable, organized, task-oriented, and highly motivated candidates who will be working as members of our marketing team in order to create engaging content for our company's social media presence and to keep social media channels updated and brand-focused, while seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with current and potential new clients.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will have the following responsibiites:

- Manage the company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms;

- Manage all promotions and advertisements;

- Manage social media communications including monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner;

- Create dynamic social media posts (content and graphic) that promotes audience interaction, increase followership and audience presence on company sites while proposing new ideas and concepts.

- Coordinates and manages the timetable in order for the company social profiles to have consistent stream of new content;

- Review online analytics to assess the success of the social media campaigns, report to the Marketing Manager and the CEO of the company and recommend improvements for future ads;

- Analyze, review and implement SEO content for both the company social media activities and websites;

- Engage in communication and projects related to social media marketing with our clients, subsidiaries and business partners;

- Participate in team meetings where the schedule and work progress is reviewed and discussed.

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language. A second language would be an asset;

- The position includes a 1-month introduction and training period. No previous experience is essential, however previous minimal experience with social media marketing and other types of digital marketing is an advantage;

- Minimum university degree or final-year students. All backgrounds are welcome; however, priority will be given to candidates with a degree or final-year studies in marketing, public relations, communications, business, and journalism;

- High level of knowledge of MS Office and Internet browsing. Knowledge of Social Analytics Tools and Adobe applications is a plus;

- High level of knowledge of one graphic design application;

- Web design and SEO knowledge and experience will be an advantage;

- A passion for digital/social content and a keen eye for detail;

- Copywriting, communication and organizational skills.

Work schedule:

- Twenty business days per month with 8 work hours per day. During months when there are more than 20 business days per month, the extra business days are days off;

- No work during weekends is predicted.

What we offer:

- Monthly net salary of 26,000.00 den.

- Gym access and 2-hour gym and team building time included in the daily 8-hour work period;

- Annual vacation of 20 days, planned per the employee’s request.
