Position title: ROAD TRANSPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER

Tasks:

• Planning, organization and execution of Road Transport.
• Customer inquiries handling.
• Offers preparation.
• Invoicing.

Intensive communications with carriers, customers and business partners which includes:

a)maintaining personal contacts

b)reaching the best rates through negotiation process

c)customer service

Requirements and skills

• Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Accurate, self-imitative and self-confident personality
• Business orientation and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and motivating attitude

 Additional and special advantages:

• Previous experience 3 years at similar position
• Freight forwarding or even Road Transport  knowledge in particular
