Job role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacist to join our Quality Control team in the rapidly growing medical cannabis sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about quality, science, and innovation to play a key role in ensuring product excellence and regulatory compliance.

Job responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee quality control processes across raw materials, in-process checks, and finished product testing
• Ensure that all activities are conducted in alignment with internal SOPs and regulatory standards
• Contribute to the preparation and revision of quality documentation, including deviations and investigations
• Creating of Product Specifications
• Participation in the implementation of stability studies
• Provide timely support during production to ensure continued compliance with quality expectations
• Collaborate effectively with teams in Quality Assurance, Production, and the Laboratory

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cannabis industry
• Solid understanding of GMP guidelines, quality documentation, and regulatory requirements is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities
• Strong sense of initiative, accountability, and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
