Job role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an In-Process Quality Control Operator within the medical cannabis industry. This role is ideal for someone who not only performs with precision but also demonstrates initiative and leadership potential, aiming to grow within a regulated and fast-evolving environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Perform in-process quality control checks, including sampling, visual inspection, and critical parameter verification
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines
• Document daily activities, deviations, and process data with accuracy and accountability
• Support and contribute to the development of process documentation, working instructions, and quality records
• Actively collaborate with production and quality teams to identify process improvements
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area, respecting hygiene and safety protocols
• Take initiative in problem-solving and provide support during time-sensitive production activities

Qualifications:

• Formal education in Pharmaceutical Technician, Laboratory Technician, or other natural science disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy, laboratory, (production and quality-related roles is preferred)
• Strong understanding and willing to learn of process protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Ambition-driven with a proactive approach to learning, personal growth, and process ownership
• Possesses natural leadership traits: dependable, takes initiative, and can guide or support colleagues when needed
• High standards of work ethic, professionalism, and respect for product and process integrity
