Job role:

To ensure efficient, secure, and GMP/GACP-compliant logistical support for all activities related to production, warehousing, and transportation of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, with a particular focus on medical cannabis.

Job responsibilities:

• Organizes and manages all logistical operations, including internal transport, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Ensures logistics processes are aligned with GMP and GACP requirements.
• Prepares and maintains logistics procedures, including SOPs for receiving, storage, issuing, and transportation of medical cannabis.
• Oversees daily operations across all warehouse facilities, such as WH-04 and WH-07.
• Ensures proper labeling, batch segregation in quarantine/released zones, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Monitors temperature and humidity conditions in storage areas and initiates corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Coordinates the internal and external distribution of products, raw materials, and product samples.
• Prepares export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and declarations for the shipment of medical cannabis.
• Ensures compliance with transportation regulations for controlled substances and narcotic drugs.
• Maintains regular communication with logistics service providers, customs agents, suppliers, and clients.
• Manages records of contracts with transport and logistics partners, ensuring all obligations are met.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation of logistics operations using eDMS and ERP systems.
• Collaborates with the Quality Assurance department to support archiving and compliance during GMP inspections.
• Leads the logistics team, including warehouse personnel, couriers, and document handlers.
• Organizes and delivers training on GMP/GDP requirements, safety procedures, product labeling, and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

• University degree in logistics, pharmacy, technological sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or agro-industrial sector.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, GACP, and applicable national and international medical cannabis regulations.
• Experience working with ERP and eDMS systems such as SAP, Track & Trace, or QMS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear understanding of the specific compliance and documentation requirements for handling medical cannabis, including traceability, security measures, and control of regulated substances.
