Job role:
The individual is responsible for the financial processing and monitoring of sales agreements related to medical cannabis, ensuring timely payments, accurate invoicing, and compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires close coordination with the Sales, Legal, and Logistics departments.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitor active sales contracts and ensure their financial implementation.
- Track and manage sales contracts, including the preparation and updating of delivery and payment schedules in line with contractual obligations.
- Administer and regularly update the system for tracking planned and completed sales and collections.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor invoices based on the terms agreed upon with clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding deliveries, due invoices, and payment status to ensure timely and complete contract execution.
- Monitor the execution of deliveries and payments in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on completed sales, delivery status, and payment collection.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and accurate payment recording.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department in case of delayed payments or contractual disputes with clients.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and legal regulations related to the sale of medical cannabis.
- Participate in the preparation of reports for financial audits, external inspections, and regulatory reviews related to sales.
- Prepare data for internal financial analyses related to sales performance.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in finance, collections, or contract management (experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry is an advantage).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of basic principles of VAT, invoicing, and international trade.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal), particularly in financial and contractual terminology.
