1. Position description (one sentence):

Support Commercial Planning and Distribution Department in administering all admin tasks while ensuring high compliance rate with all company procedures and processes.

       2. Education:

• University degree desirable, but not mandatory

      3. Working experience:

• 1 year in a dynamic team, preferably in an international company

       4. Skills and abilities

       a.Fluent English

       b.MS Office knowledge

       c.Detail-oriented

       5. Driving license

•  Not mandatory

       6. Languages

•  English, fluent

       7. List of duties

• Documentation handling and archiving
• Vendor opening & maintenance in VMDM application
• Consolidation of various files in excel
• Handling and archiving od documentation for various trade programs
• Consolidation of various reports
