Job Role: Graduate Platform Operations Engineer

The Graduate Platform Operations Engineer is an entry-level role within the Platform Operations team, designed for recent graduates starting their career in IT operations. The role focuses on learning installation, configuration, and support of MAK software products while working under close guidance from senior team members.

The position provides hands-on experience in operational processes, troubleshooting, and system support in a structured and team-oriented environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform software installation activities following standard documentation
• Execute basic configuration of MAK applications
• Identify and report basic issues and errors, and support their resolution
• Apply basic diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
• Support resolution of on-premises client maintenance tickets
• Track assigned tasks and maintain accurate ticket updates
• Create and maintain installation and operational documentation
• Communicate progress and status updates clearly to internal teams
• Follow established procedures, standards, and best practices

Objectives:

• Resolve assigned tickets within agreed timelines, maintaining ≥85% on-time completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of platform activities and time entries

 Previous Experiences/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Skills
• Basic understanding of software systems and IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts is an advantage
