Of behalf of our client, we are looking for a curious, perseverant, and purpose driven candidate for the position of:
- Product Specialist Biosimilars
JOB RESPONSIBILIES
As a Product Specialist you will have the responsibility to achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within a given territory.
Management of specified brands – implementing activities to maximize brands market position and effectively launching new products based on agreed marketing strategies, delivering sales plans, generating market share growth by monitoring and analysis of market data, consumer data, competitive actions and product performance.
- Up to date with global guidelines treatment doctrines, prescribing habits and trends;
- Up to date with local regulations and legislation regarding medical products and promotion of them to the professionals;
- Up to date in medical indication area, Sandoz brands and competitive products;
- Proactive development of territory activities to meet product’s objectives and customer needs;
- Monitoring plan execution, market development and competitive activities through collecting and analysing market data and initiating effective marketing and sales activities;
- Delivery of sales targets;
- Establishing contacts, selecting and cooperating with external agencies in order to prepare territory events, etc;
- Field work: regular contacts with customers and KOL’s on defined territory;
- Planning, organizing and conducting lectures and workshops;
- Participation at congresses, symposia and, workshops;
- Communicate effectively within the organization;
- Field work 70 %, office 30 %;
- Representation of the company's values and behaviours, and responsibility for good relations with business partners;
- Works within Ethics and Compliance policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in Medicine / Pharmacy / Dentistry;
- 2 years field sales experience or related marketing services experience;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
- Integrity and trust;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
