Controlling Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of the annual plan:
- Coordination and preparation of the annual planning;
- Coordination with the management and the operational departments;
- Provision of the necessary planning documents and planning information to the responsible departments (coordination function);
- Timely consolidation of the individual departmental plans with associated plausibility check and notification of planning to Controlling International.
- Reporting (standard reporting):
- Timely preparation, quality assurance, distribution of national / international standard reports to the Director as well as to the International team;
- Preparation of country-specific reports taking into account a uniform reporting concept;
- Creation of KPI systems for all areas of the company.
- Transparency KER / Key figures:
- Responsibility for the transparency of content in all revenue and cost variables;
- Identification of deviations from their causes and influencing factors ;
- Communication of anomalies and measures to the management and departments as well as internationally.
- Analysis / Monitoring:
- Analyses (VJ/Plan/Actual) of the KER or the key figures;
- Support of decision-makers / departments through the preparation of analyses and special evaluations;
- Follow-up of the initiated measures on the basis of the key figures;
- Development of proactive reporting;
- Coordination of all analytics activities for the special areas.
- Data management:
- Creation of a quality-assured, structured database;
- Export, maintenance and updating of data stocks;
- Quality assurance and control of the data / systems used and other controlling tools;
- Promoting the use of SSBI in all disciplines.
- Communication:
- Preparation, implementation of a monthly information appointment Controlling;
- Contact person for all controlling-relevant topics of the regional company, as well as Controlling International;
- Identification of improvement potentials and joint development of measures with specialist departments;
- Regular cross-departmental exchange.
- Further development of controlling instruments / systems:
- Creation of process and knowledge transparency in the respective controlling areas;
- Ensuring the functionality of existing reporting systems;
- Active participation in the further development of existing controlling instruments.
- General tasks:
- Implementation of international standards or specifications (ex. implementation of measures RS VW);
- Use of existing sources of information (IGuR, KRL, database controlling) for day-to-day business.
QUALLIFICATIONS
- University Degree (preferable education in Economics or controlling)
- At least 6 years of professional experience, of which a minimum of 2 years at management level;
- Fluent German Language skill;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Driving license.
