Job Title: Assistant Marketing Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support executing our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing projects, including email marketing, website design, social media, SMS marketing, print catalogs, content strategy, and ad hoc marketing requests. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask across various platforms and mediums. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Collaborate on website design updates, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Help manage social media performance by reviewing posts, auditing content, and tracking engagement.
- Assist with SMS marketing efforts, including drafting messages and tracking campaign performance.
- Working with the team to design and coordinate the production of print catalogs, including liaising with designers and content writers.
- Support content strategy by monitoring the creation and engagement of blog posts, case studies, and marketing assets.
- Monitor the performance of our loyalty and rewards programs, analyzing customer engagement and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Manage ad hoc marketing requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide support as needed in marketing tasks or customer touchpoints, including but not limited to: heat mapping, product launches, photography direction, reporting, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including email marketing tools, social media schedulers, and website CMS (e.g., Shopify).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to dig into projects and execute with precision.
