Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA is currently growing its team in Skopje.
Are you ready to do more than just find names? We are looking for a creative, high-energy Sales Development Representative to be the driving force behind our expansion into the US market.
In this role, you aren't just a lead generator; you are a Market Scout. You will research the landscape of defined industries, identify companies in need of elite offshore staffing talent, and initiate high-level partnerships. You are the first handshake, the first impression, and the key architect of our growing US partner portfolio.
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia (On-site) Shift: 15:00 – 23:00 (Mon-Fri) (Connecting with the US Market)
Job Responsibilities:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven track record of success in B2B sales and lead generation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of staffing and outsourcing solutions.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
