What We Look For:

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven Digital Learning Specialisr to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote LEORON’s digital content, provide customized solutions to clients, and ensure continuous high-end customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow strong, long-lasting customer relationships to identify and meet their evolving digital learning needs.
  • Perform and follow up on sales presentations to showcase tailored eLearning solutions
  • Conduct market research and lead generation.
  • Analyze and assess clients' current Learning Management Systems (LMS) and offer strategic tailored solutions for content integration and enhancement.
  • Oversee the implementation of eLearning solutions, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and seamless integration.
  • Monitor project performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices across all team activities.
  • Advertise and promote LEORON’s digital content portfolio through various channels, including social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate content integration and support the learning and development needs of clients.
  • Support the Learning and Development Business Partner in fulfilling business requests, including developing or sourcing new Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Nurture client relationships through various channels.
  • This role may requires travel to GCC countries for client meetings and course delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Resilience for outbound calling and list-building.
