Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage, lead and scale an existing sales team. This role is for someone who leads by example, brings structure, and drives consistent execution.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 4pm – 12am (16:00 – 00:00);

Friday: 3pm – 11pm (15:00 – 23:00) on-site only, in Skopje

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable
• Drive daily activity, discipline, and follow-ups
• Track performance and close gaps fast
• Improve scripts, processes, and conversion
• Work closely with management on targets and execution

Requirements

• Proven experience leading sales teams
• Strong execution and accountability mindset
• Ability to push performance without burning people
• Clear communication and ownership
• Structured, consistent, and results-driven
