Position: Digital Content Writer
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Content Writer to support content initiatives for a US-based, international e-commerce company within the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for a strong writer who enjoys producing high-volume, high-impact content across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate has experience writing e-commerce, product, and sales-driven content, is comfortable working with tight deadlines, and understands how content supports brand awareness, SEO, and conversion. Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, edit, and optimize high-quality digital content across websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media channels.
- Create product-focused content for e-commerce platforms (including Amazon), such as product descriptions, feature highlights, manuals, and packaging copy.
- Develop compelling sales and brand content, including brand introductions, partnership launches, and marketing collateral.
- Manage a high volume of content requests while maintaining quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Write engaging, informative blog content, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand strategy.
- Optimize content for SEO using keyword research, on-page best practices, and performance insights.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor content to inform fresh ideas and content improvements.
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Proofread, fact-check, and review all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in digital content writing, preferably within e-commerce or sales-driven environments.
- Excellent command of the English language, grammar, and spelling.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience creating optimized content.
- Proven ability to write persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused content.
- Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
