LIDL, the international German chain of grocery stores is expanding in Macedonia. LIDL operates around 11,200 stores worldwide and are active in 32 countries, employing more than 310,000 people globally. On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

 

EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementation of relevant personnel marketing measures (ex. marketing campaigns) in the country;
• Establishment/expansion of (university) school marketing at target group-relevant (university) schools (ex. partnerships with (university) schools, open day/company visits);
• Preparation, organization, participation in recruiting events (ex. trade fair appearances);
• Continuous maintenance and updating of career web page content;
• Support and maintenance of social media channels in an HR context (content generation/ maintenance);
• Creation, maintenance and updating of media planning;
• Creation of target group clusters as well as target group specification in cooperation with recruiting;
• Pre-selection and control of advertising agencies and other external service providers;
• Implementation and evaluation of employer rankings;
• Creation and coordination of internal/external communication materials for personnel projects (in cooperation with corporate communications);
• Creation of a guide to the creation and publication of job advertisements for recruiting;
• Organization of and participation in events (e conferences, congresses, workshops);
• Monitoring of trends and competitors;
• If necessary, development and implementation of mobile applications for personnel marketing topics;
• Continuous content creation for all personnel marketing channels both digital and non-digital (e LinkedIn, social media, employee newspaper, brochures, flyers, etc.);
• Participation in recruitment channels selection or proposing new sourcing channels;
• Participation in collaboration with recruitment agencies;
• Active search and correspondence with potential candidates and keeping candidate databases;
• Processing of incoming applications with or without the help of applicant management systems;
• Organization and participation in staff selection (e.g. participation in interviews and other forms of selection).

 

 

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory (Economics, Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, Marketing);
• Excellent English language knowledge, German is considered an advantage;
• Advanced level of knowledge of the MS Office Tools (Word & Excel) is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools;
• Basic knowledge in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and strong networking;
• Attention to details and creativity.
