We are looking for a Junior Credit Analyst to assess creditworthiness, analyze financial data and support our finance team. Junior role with growth opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Ideal for detail-oriented, analytical individuals ready to kickstart their finance career. 

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and non-financial data related to customers.
• Perform detailed analyses of the required documents submitted by the Clients from the Factoring area as well as evaluations utilizing third-party credit reporting agencies.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers by assessing their financial statements, payment history and other relevant information.
• Entrance of data in software system on daily basis.
• Storage documentation and management data.
• Regular monitoring of the Client's portfolio and their eligibility for doing business including preparation of regular reports on the financial health and performance of customers.
• Monitoring of the settled exposure limits of clients and concertation of risk towards single clients and defined key risk parameters.
• Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of work.
• Communicate issues or adverse trends to management as well as team members.
• Identify potential risks.
• Present findings to senior risk analysts or management for decision-making.
• Report any compliance issues or concerns to the management.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of risk assessment methodologies, management policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the clients’ assessments and interactions with clients.
• Ensure that risk assessment processes align with the company's risk management policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, underwriting and finance to gather information and insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, up to 3 years of experience in a bank or similar role.
• Proven experience in Underwriting and Risk Management will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a developed sense of responsibility.
• Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A person with strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Comfortable with working Mon-Fri, 15:00-23:00h (US working hours).
