The Roles:

We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for two talented Full-Stack Developers to help us build end-to-end solutions. This is a unique opportunity for both a motivated junior developer eager to learn and a seasoned mid-level developer ready to take on more ownership.

• Junior Full-Stack Developer: You will be focused on learning our full technology stack, developing foundational skills on both the front and back-end, and contributing to well-defined tasks under the guidance of our senior team members.
• Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer: You will take a key role in designing, developing, and deploying complex features across the entire stack, helping to guide our technical direction, and mentoring junior colleagues.

What You'll Do (Common Responsibilities):

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications.
• Back-End: Build secure and efficient backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Front-End: Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to store, query, and manipulate data.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders through all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

What We're Looking For:

For the Junior Role:

• Solid understanding of core programming fundamentals.
• Familiarity with our core stack: Java and React.
• Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
• A keen interest in full-stack development and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

For the Mid-Level Role:

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience building applications with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong experience building modern user interfaces with React.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Strong experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks on both the front-end and back-end.
• A proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable features across the full stack.

Advantageous for Both Roles (Nice-to-Have):

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of the front-end stack (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) is a notable advantage, given our full-spectrum projects.
