Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our Product Data & Multichannel Management Team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and optimized product listings across Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay.

This position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and data transformation, along with hands-on experience managing large data sets across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product data, descriptions, pricing, attributes, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento).
• Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and similar multichannel platforms.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with each marketplace’s requirements.
• Prepare, import, and validate bulk data files using CSV, XLSX, XML, or JSON formats.
• Create and maintain Excel macros and formulas to automate repetitive data-entry tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Clean, reformat, and standardize product data from multiple sources for upload or migration.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product details align with brand and SEO requirements.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies, missing attributes, or listing errors.
• Perform regular audits and maintain comprehensive documentation of updates and data management processes.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for product data processes, automation scripts, and workflow templates.

Qualifications:

• 1- 2 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce product management, or catalog operations.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and macro creation/editing (VBA).
• Experience handling bulk uploads, imports, and exports in multiple data formats (CSV, TSV, XML, XLSX, JSON).
• Ability to analyze and clean large datasets efficiently and accurately.
• Familiarity with multichannel management tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Selercloud, or similar platforms).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot data errors, identify inconsistencies, and provide proactive solutions.
• Knowledge of product taxonomy, category structures, and SEO-friendly product attributes is a plus.
