Your Role 

You'll be part of our development team, building reporting solutions and extensions for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You'll work on Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations of report development, and D365FO customizations - combining technical development with report design. This is ideal for developers with .NET or reporting background (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, BI Publisher) who want to specialize in ERP reporting while learning D365FO and cloud technologies. 

What You'll Do 

• Reporting & Development (Primary Focus) 
• Configure and develop D365FO Electronic Reporting (ER) solutions with formulas and data models. 
• Build reports using Word templates and X++ data contracts. 
• Develop SSRS reports and Power BI solutions for D365FO. 
• Work with X++ for report data sources and customizations. 
• Debug and optimize reporting performance. 
• Develop D365FO extensions and customizations in X++. 
• Work with .NET, C#, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, APIs). 
• Build integrations between D365FO and external systems. 
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing solutions. 
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. 
• Document technical solutions and maintain code standards. 
• Work closely with consultants and business analysts on requirements. 
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing. 

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills 

• 3+ years of experience with .NET (C#) or similar object-oriented languages. 
• Strong experience with reporting/document generation tools (SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, BI Publisher, JasperReports, or similar). 
• Understanding of data models, SQL queries, and transformations. 
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to learn new technologies quickly. 
• Good English communication for technical discussions. 

Nice to Have 

• Dynamics 365 F&O, AX experience (X++, ER framework) or other ERP (SAP, Oracle). 
• Other ERP reporting tools (SAP Crystal Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, Cognos). 
• Any Document generation tools (Windward, ActiveReports). 
• Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus). 
• Understanding of software design patterns.
