Your Role
We're looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst with at least 5 years in ERP implementations who can own the delivery lifecycle of D365FO projects, from requirements analysis through go-live and support. This role is ideal for someone with a Finance or Supply Chain / Logistics background who is customer-focused, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of delivery activities. You'll be the point of contact for customers, leading business requirements workshops, coordinating with developers, creating documentation, and ensuring successful implementation. You will be working closely with developers and customers, and ensuring the solutions are delivered with clarity, quality, and structure.
What You'll Do
- Lead analysis phase workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Coordinate delivery activities and track tasks.
- Design and review report layouts and Word-based templates.
- Review reporting outputs and perform quality checks.
- Create user manuals, test scripts, and go-live documentation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing with customers and manage feedback.
- Improve internal delivery templates and processes.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in ERP business analysis or implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience managing ERP projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Strong understanding of business processes in any ERP functional area (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Production, Sales, etc.).
- Experience with report design or working with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) for customer-facing work.
- Strong documentation skills - user manuals, requirements documents, test scripts, process documentation.
- Project coordination capabilities - planning, timeline management.
- Experience working with or coordinating technical teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) or AX experience is nice to have.
