Business Analyst & ERP Consultant - Software Developer - ERP Development & Reporting

Your Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR & Office Manager who will take full ownership of recruitment operations, office management, and day to day people support and operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, execution focused, and comfortable managing responsibilities end to end with clear accountability.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: publishing job openings, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a structured recruitment pipeline.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee documentation.
  • Track vacations, absences, probation periods, and key employee milestones.
  • Maintain HR records, templates, and internal procedures.
  • Own day-to-day office operations end-to-end, including supplies, vendors, invoices, and overall office organization.
  • Organize team events and internal activities end-to-end.
  • Manage company travel logistics and ensure all invoices and receipts are prepared and submitted to accounting.
  • Ensure internal announcements and updates are shared clearly and on time.
  • Support employer branding activities and represent Kodeqa at events, conferences, and recruitment initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, office management, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience (technical profiles are a strong advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Professional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working in small or growing companies is a plus.
