Commercial Planning Admin
Position description: Support Commercial Planning and Distribution Department in administering all admin tasks while ensuring high compliance rate with all company procedures and processes.
Education: University Degree (Faculty of Economics or similar studies).
Working experience: 1 year on a similar position in FMCG industry/company, or bank/administrative sector.
Skills and abilities:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficient English language user
- Agile and dedicated person
Driving license: Not a requirement.
Languages: Macedonian, English.
List of duties:
- Documentation handling, administering and archiving
- Sales-Out Panel Maintenance
- Vendor Opening in VMDM Application
- iSMS system POSM Database Maintenance
- SAP System Stock Balance Administration
- Various consolidations of different files in excel
