We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s experienced in sales outreach and lead generation — and comfortable working in English as our main business language.If you're a proactive communicator with a knack for turning cold leads into warm conversations, we want to hear from you
🛠️What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage potential customers through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels — all in English.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives.
- Create messaging that speaks to prospects’ pain points and drives engagement.
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) up to date with leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
- Work with our sales and marketing teams to build smart, data-driven outreach campaigns.
- Share insights on lead quality, objections, and messaging performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills — clear, persuasive, and professional.
- Confident speaking to new people and asking smart, qualifying questions.
- Organized and self-driven, with a hunger to hit goals and grow your career.
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and email outreach software.
- An interest in tech, SaaS, and modern B2B selling strategies.
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked in a startup or fast-moving sales environment.
- Have experience writing cold emails or designing outreach sequences.
- Are comfortable experimenting with messaging and outreach tactics.
