Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Hi! We’re Norna! We’re a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses make smarter decisions with intuitive, user-friendly software. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s experienced in sales outreach and lead generation — and comfortable working in English as our main business language.If you're a proactive communicator with a knack for turning cold leads into warm conversations, we want to hear from you
 
🛠️What You’ll Do
  • Proactively engage potential customers through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels — all in English.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Create messaging that speaks to prospects’ pain points and drives engagement.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) up to date with leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
  • Work with our sales and marketing teams to build smart, data-driven outreach campaigns.
  • Share insights on lead quality, objections, and messaging performance.

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills — clear, persuasive, and professional.
  • Confident speaking to new people and asking smart, qualifying questions.
  • Organized and self-driven, with a hunger to hit goals and grow your career.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and email outreach software.
  • An interest in tech, SaaS, and modern B2B selling strategies.
