SyNRG Software & IT Solutions is seeking to recruit Salesforce Specialist:

Salesforce Specialist Scope:

• Initial and ongoing scoping / discovery work to ensure we are maximizing our use of Salesforce
  • Including initial and ongoing documentation of systems design + processes
  • Including ongoing review of new Salesforce features and how they may benefit GMS
• Management of third party tools – currently:
  • RivaSync for email to SF sync
  • Cloudingo to keep data clean and duplicate free and up to date
  • Act-On for marketing purposes
• Ongoing review of lead / contact / account data to ensure records are up to date and prioritized for follow up from the appropriate reps
• Ongoing review of Salesforce cases to ensure proper usage + reporting on usage
  • Ensuring compliance as well as optimal usage for both customer experience and reporting purposes
• Assistance in reporting scoping, creation and management
• Assist users with any Salesforce usage questions / issues
• Be able to adapt to the need for a quick change in processes and ensure we are considering all aspects before a change is made
