Vita Media Group is a Danish company operating in the iGaming industry, focused on affiliate marketing, management, and software development for user retention, as well as lead generation for financial institutions in the Nordic countries.
We’re looking for a performance-driven individual with a strong creative and analytical side. This is a Full Marketer position with a focus on Email and SMS, where you’ll create campaigns that keep players engaged, loyal, and excited - while continuously improving results through testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing E-mail and SMS marketing strategies
• Plan, launch, and optimize email and SMS campaigns (welcome offers, promos, reactivation, re-engagement, etc.).
• Occasionally support both Email and SMS campaigns, depending on business needs and priorities.
• Build segmented and targeted communication based on player behavior and performance insights.
• Collaborate with design to ensure communications are visually appealing and aligned with brand tone.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, using insights to improve future results.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and player preferences to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
• For SMS activity specifically: follow messaging costs, monitor performance vs. spend, and optimize accordingly (timing, targeting, frequency, and content).

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, E-mail and SMS specifically (experience in iGaming is an advantage, but not crucial).
• Strong understanding of engagement, conversion, and retention mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with E-mail marketing platforms and related tools.
• Data-driven mindset with confidence in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Strong creative thinking with solid copywriting and content planning skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (advantage, but not crucial)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Good to Have

• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, copy angles, timing, offers, designs).
• Ability to translate business goals into messaging strategies (e.g. revenue targets, reactivation goals, etc).
• Solid grasp of deliverability best practices
