To support growth of local activities   HILL are looking to engage highly capable and devoted professional for the position of

 

 

                                                                               Finance Manager

                                                                                    - Skopje -

 

Requirements:

  • university degree in Economics
  • 10+ years of professional experience in finance, while at least 3 years in managerial position
  • broad knowledge of accounting principles
  • very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
  • active knowledge of English
  • good organizational and mentoring skills
  • ability to lead a team and hands-on approach
  • reliable and honest personality with strong goal and team orientation
  • excellent planning and organizational skills with distinct prioritization and decision-making ability

 

Responsibilities:

  • organization, management and control over finance department
  • managing recruitment of finance staff, mentoring and ensuring efficient on-boarding process
  • follow up on daily financial operations
  • handling cash management and bank relations
  • taking an active role in yearly and quarterly budgeting, reporting and rolling forecasts
  • preparing of financial reports according to management needs (monthly closing)
  • controlling efficiency and risks of business processes and preparing various reports
  • follow up on relevant accounting and tax legislative and adjusting the operations
  • communication with authorities and other external partners such as banks, auditors and other financial institutions
  • control over yearly closing and tax balance preparation and submission
  • maintaining and improving performance and internal processes in line with the company culture and development
