We are looking for Store Manager to join our team in Skopje how will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activity in the retail facility. The successful candidate will oversee every aspect of the day-to-day oversight of the store, including sales, staff, inventory management and resources. The candidate should instruct and/or trains staff on the procedures of selling the product or service in the sales unit. Also controls the implementation of quality assurance procedures as well as other activities in the store. The position is held in the biggest regional shopping mall Skopje East Gate.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and communicating staff duties in the store
- Implementation of procedures for the sale of goods or service to the customer in the subordinate sales unit, by providing fast and quality service (working with fiscal cash register; familiar with the procedures/regulative of working with retail facilities)
- Staff support in cases of difficulties or complex tasks
- Ensuring the implementation of procedures on the order, cleanliness and quality of goods and premises
- Providing employee training if necessary
- Organizes the work for the realization of objectives according to the deadlines, analyzes and reports the achieved results
- Follows and implements correctly the procedures for the movement of money; stock follow up and product management inventory, making orders in consultation with the supervisor
- Ensure store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place and all associates and optometrist are aware of current promotions
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high-performance meeting sales goals
- Participates in the process of selection, recruitment, orientation and training of staff for the stores
- Communicates and contributes to resolving staff and customer complaints and disputes
- Working time is organized in shifts in accordance with the working time in the shopping mall SEG
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates with 2-5 years of professional experience in retail management/sales are preferred
- Very good communication skills and courtesy with clients, colleagues and subordinates
- Good organizational skills and setting priorities
- Ability to write and present reports
- Correct and punctual in the implementation of deadlines and schedules
- Albanian and English speaking language is a bonus
- Training in managerial skills is a bonus
- University degree is a bonus
