What you need to have:

-           Bachelor degree

-           To be fluent in Dutch and English language, both written and verbal

-           Experience in communicating with clients on a daily basis

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone and e-mail requests for assistance from clients that use our system
• Recognizes problems, provides resolutions and follows up with customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the entire problem resolution process, through frequent customer updates
• Setting up a great and professional looking tablet menu layout

• You have basic understanding of computers
