Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be focused on understanding the product you will be responsible of and the industry the product is targeting. Starting with research, you will gain valuable insights in the respective industry, the leading companies and major end users, the respective market development, challenges of the industry, innovation on the horizon, regulation frames. Upon the successful research process, you will focus on delivering a successful presentation, following the sales cycle steps you have passed in our initial onboarding training.
Using tools like LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Chat GPT, Apollo, you will equip yourself for identifying the right companies and reaching the decision makers within. Our managers will provide you with the essential training, offer extensive guidance and personal evaluation in your career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Utilize your sales skills to generate and nurture leads.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client, offering tailored event management solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our services and packages, ensuring you can effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Sales Pitch: Create persuasive sales pitches and presentations that showcase our capabilities and highlight the benefits of choosing our event management services.
- Closing Deals: Apply your sales acumen to close deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the event planning process.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to adapt our sales strategy accordingly.
