BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed higher education in the field of business administration, economics with a focus on business or finance.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Solid base of business and financial knowledge.
  • Skilled in research, analysis, and generating actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new business areas.
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and dedicated professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and ensure smooth execution from inception to completion.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
  • Monitor external factors affecting projects, including legislative or institutional changes.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and business activity updates.
  • Maintain communication with current and potential clients to build strong relationships.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Provide general support on other business development activities as required.
