Position Description:
Our company is searching for a reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant who will work and assist the CEO in all business and executive activities. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO, the Managing Partners from our corporate partnership network and the Executive Manager of our company. The Executive Assistant will be assigned with both administrative and business development support tasks, including presence on various meetings and events in which the CEO will participate, frequent international traveling to locations in Europe, USA and the Middle East and presentations and direct/online communication with clients, subsidiaries and business partners.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO to prioritize the company agenda and focus on the most important issues and opportunities.
- Task tracking, coordination and operational preparation of the activities of the CEO.
- Communication with executives and senior management representatives of company clients, subsidiaries and business partners.
- Planning, coordinating, scheduling and booking of the CEO’s travel, business meetings and general business and network development activities and meetings.
- Preparation and tracking of Project Calendar, coordination of the project deliverables between the CEO and other team leaders.
- Prepare and present reports on subjects related to the client’s profiles or other subjects as directed by the CEO, including the review, research, summarization or analysis of information.
- Frequent traveling with the CEO and/or a team of Managing Partners in Europe, with occasional traveling to USA and UAE. The candidates should be available for absence from Macedonia for periods of up to 7 days due to multi-location traveling.
- Presentation of corporate profile, services and other business development information in front of international attendees during business executives’ meetings and business development events.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required. The position includes 1-month introduction and training period.
- Required minimum education level is university degree or final-year students. All specialties are welcomed, however priority will be given to candidates with degree or final-year studies in business administration, e-business, marketing, finance, journalism and IT.
- Excellent (near-native or business level) knowledge of written and spoken language. Second EU language is advantage. All candidates will pass short test assignment and interview in English language.
- High level of knowledge of MS Office and Internet. Knowledge in social media marketing and other types of digital marketing is advantage.
Work schedule:
- 20 business days per month with 8 work hours per day. During months when there are more than 20 business days per month, the extra business days are days off.
- Due to the nature of position, on occasions, the Executive Assistant may be required to stay extra hours. All additional work hours are paid with increased hourly rate or compensated with day off.
- No work is predicted during weekends, except during international traveling.
What we offer:
- Monthly net salary of 26,000.00 den.
- Additional travel daily pay during traveling abroad of 1,800.00 den per day. Accommodation, meals and operational costs are provided by the company.
- Gym access and 2-hour gym and team building time included in the daily 8-hour work period.
- Annual vacation of 20 days, per the employee’s request.
