PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Position Overview:

As the Personal Assistant to the Manager, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring that the Manager’s Day runs smoothly. Your role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Manager.
  • Communication: Screen calls, respond to emails, and act as a liaison between the Manager and other departments or external stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Task Management: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Other Duties: Provide general administrative support to the Manager as needed.
