повеќе за компанијата »We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. In other words, you will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Schedule internal appointments
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Ensure proper mail distribution
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
