Your Skills
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role will be considered a plus
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure, exhibit composure, and methodically prioritize tasks within a dynamic environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Your Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and provide them with a positive first impression of the company
- Serve guests with beverages and accommodate them properly
- Purchase, distribute, and sort office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
- Maintain order in the offices, ensuring tidiness, and identifying damages and deficiencies in certain items
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Coordinate with courier services as needed
- Assist the marketing and administration departments (copying, scanning, helping with and organizing events, etc.)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers. Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with IT support as necessary
