The Treasury Manager would have an opportunity to help build Panteleon’s infrastructure to promote efficiency and transform the treasury roadmap into reality. The role is primarily focused on performing accounting functions within the various financial systems, bank reconciliations, audit inquiries, and backup of other core treasury functions, e.g. cash position and electronic payments, as assigned. We are expecting you to have the ability to balance competing priorities, an attention to detail and a growth mindset. This role will be heavily involved in key initiatives such as in-house banking, intercompany payment netting and global cash visibility. Therefore, influence and change management will be an important asset on this journey.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cash, disbursement, and cash accounting activities
• Cash flow planning and forecasting
• Journal creation for bank account transactions
• Assist with the global bank account openings, services maintenance, and related documentations, administration and compliance filings
• Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner as required, make calls to the bank directly to clarify adjustments or to clarify items on the bank statements in order to reconcile activity or properly code it; liaise with auditors to confirm bank balances as of a certain date
• Take an active role with our banking partners to ensure projects are on track with internal goals
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for our growing organization

Requirement

• 3+ years of Treasury experience, systems, process flows, and control structure
• Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience.
• Bank account and treasury systems administration experience
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and manage competing deadlines
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills
• Fluent writen and spoken English
• Comfortable with working Mon-Fri, 15:00-23:00h (US working hours)
