
Position: Branch Manager – North Macedonia
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
Reports to: General Director
Position Purpose:
To manage the company's branch in North Macedonia and lead commercial development in the energy market, with a particular focus on creating, building, and maintaining sales relationships with institutional and private clients. The company will operate in the field of energy trading.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages the day-to-day operations of the branch in accordance with the company's policies and standards.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities in the regional market (wholesale, final supply, etc.).
- Designs and implements the sales strategy in line with the company's objectives and the local regulatory framework.
- Negotiates and closes commercial contracts with new and existing clients.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with market stakeholders, including relevant state institutions, large consumers, and other traders.
- Provides regular reports on sales performance, market development, and specific client demands.
- Ensures compliance with legislation and the regulatory framework of the market in North Macedonia.
- Coordinates work with internal teams in Albania (finance, legal, human resources, operations).
- Participates in fairs, forums, or meetings to promote the company.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in Economics, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and sales roles.
- Strong skills in negotiation, B2B sales, and development of long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of legislation and market structure in North Macedonia.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, with high professional integrity and the ability to make independent decisions.
