RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS AND DUTIES:

• Root cause finding of an issue;
• Support the field service technician to solve issues quickly;
• Provide Commissioning scope of work;
• Case management;
• Case analysis includes scope of work for technicians and parts replacement recommendation;
• Parts management;
• Analyze the parts usage;
• Keep the safety level of the parts;
• Warranty verification.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• At least 1-2 years experience as an service engineer/technician in this or similar field;
• Excellent written and spoken English literacy;
• Driving licence B category;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and complete tasks autonomously;
• Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to be flexible;
• Willingness to contribute thoughtfully;
• Eagerness to learn, improve and grow.
