COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

One vacant position, location Skopje

 

Key job Responsibilities:

  • Executing and monitoring of communications strategies
  • Develops social media plans and content to increase corporate brand awareness
  • Responsible for managing messaging (social media, internal and external), tone, and sensitivity of communications
  • Plans, develops and coordinates corporate campaigns
  • Participate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies
  • Tracking and reporting analytics on marketing and communications campaigns and coordinating promotional events
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices
  • Respond to media inquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and other members of the press
  • Supporting internal communication and employee engagement efforts by writing internal materials, coordinating events, and making recommendations on how information should be communicated with staff

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or journalism; Master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in a communications and on-line marketing
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
  • An analytical mind and ability to think critically
  • Creative, confident and dynamic personality
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations
