OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company’s retail concept is respected and continuously improved to meet customer needs. This includes overseeing the management of the regional store in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, policies, and priorities. The role requires monitoring product and service performance, gathering customer feedback, and adapting strategies to respond to changes in market preferences.

The main goal is to ensure that all store operations are executed efficiently, in an organized manner, and in line with the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the regional store to ensure they run efficiently in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Control the opening and closing of the store at scheduled times.
  • Ensure efficient stock management, avoiding both shortages and excess inventory.
  • Monitor staff performance, lead a diverse team, manage shift planning, and provide training as needed
  • Implement company standards for product display, hygiene, and safety.
  • Check store conditions daily, including cleanliness, lighting, air conditioning, etc.
  • Supervise the organization and labeling of product shelves.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily store activities, operational policies and procedures to boost productivity and enhance customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage required daily reports, including financial, stock, and HR-related documents.
  • Collaborate with HQ and department heads on inventory, merchandising, and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly working hours file; liaise with the finance office for payroll processing.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotions and in-store events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols; manage emergencies as necessary.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage third-party service providers as needed.
