Job Title: Dispatcher

Location: Skopje, Macedonia (Office-based)

Working Hours: Afternoon Schedule

We’re looking for an ambitious Dispatcher to join our growing team in Skopje. In this position, you will manage assigned accounts to guarantee timely scheduling, documentation, freight coordination, data entry, customer communication, and daily customer service support. You will also coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight companies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CSR and Logistics teams to support efficient operations and deliver a high level of customer service across assigned accounts
• Coordinate and schedule supplier loads, secure freight options, and manage vendor pickup requests, including worksheet creation, cancellation, and prescheduling logs in cieTrade
• Take ownership of each assigned load from creation through completion, including follow-ups with vendors, customers, and haulers to ensure timely responses and accurate scheduling
• Enter, maintain, and update shipment data, notes, weights, service records, and reference numbers (release, mill, pickup, expense, manifest/BOL) in cieTrade
• Attach, organize, and validate all supporting documentation (BOLs, RWNs, correspondence) within required timeframes, and review open shipments to ensure account integrity
• Handle customer and supplier service issues, communicate and escalate concerns to the Account Rep, CSR Team Leads, and Operations leadership as appropriate, and relay additional charges with proper documentation

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
• Basic knowledge of service & logistics principals
• Proficiency in cieTrade is preferred
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management or related field preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills with proficiency in other Microsoft Office suite of products
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with an emphasis on service and the ability to collaborate with      staff, vendors and leadership
