Position: AI Product Imaging & Video Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative, self-driven AI Product Imaging & Video Specialist to lead the creation of AI-generated product images and videos for a US-based, international e-commerce company. This role will play a critical part in how our products are merchandised online, using emerging AI tools to replace and scale traditional product photography workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with fast, efficient execution. You are comfortable owning projects end to end—from concept and creative direction through final asset delivery—and enjoy experimenting with new AI technologies to produce high-quality, conversion-driven visuals. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality AI-driven product images and videos to merchandise products across e-commerce platforms, including the company website and marketplaces such as Amazon.
• Own creative direction and execution for AI-generated assets, ensuring visuals align with brand standards and merchandising goals.
• Rapidly produce, iterate, and refine visual assets while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and visual quality.
• Manipulate and enhance AI-generated images using graphic design tools to correct details, refine layouts, and prepare final-ready assets.
• Develop repeatable workflows and prompt frameworks to scale AI asset production efficiently across thousands of SKUs.
• Partner with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to align visuals with product positioning, campaigns, and conversion goals.
• Continuously test new AI tools, models, and techniques to improve output quality, realism, and production speed.
• Ensure all visual assets meet technical requirements, platform guidelines, and internal QA standards.
• Organize, version, and manage visual assets to support efficient publishing and reuse.
• Monitor performance and feedback to refine visual approaches and improve merchandising effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives as AI tooling and workflows evolve.

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in graphic design, product imagery, creative production, or digital content creation, with exposure to AI-generated assets preferred.
• Strong creative eye with the ability to translate concepts into polished, commercially viable visuals.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
• Ability to execute quickly and efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
• Highly self-motivated with strong ownership, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and e-commerce teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual accuracy and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing e-commerce or Amazon-ready product imagery and videos.
• Understanding of conversion-focused merchandising and visual best practices.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and building scalable AI production systems.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and their application to creative workflows.
