About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Casumo, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You will use your expertise to identify, engage, and hire exceptional individuals who will contribute to our company's continued success. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech and digital landscape and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As Talent Acquisition Partner You Will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific talent needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and motivation, ensuring only the most qualified individuals proceed in the recruitment process.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the interview process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize the recruitment process, enhance candidate quality, and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, contributing innovative ideas to improve our recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions, proactively nurturing relationships with passive candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding for new hires
You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner, preferably within a fast-paced tech and digital environment.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends in the tech and digital space.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative team environment.
