Core responsibilities:
- Sales Development plan preparation and implementation,
- Sales and company project coordination/ implementation (E2E sales task leads from project set up till roll out),
- Increase efficiency of sales channels,
- Time to market decrease,
- Realization of new functionality in sales channels,
- Preparation of functional requirements, functional changes in IT systems,
- Digitalization of Sales channels,
- Business UAT realization.
Requirements:
- Technology education in computer science or telecommunications,
- Knowledge and experience in processes development and process optimization ,
- Advantage experience in: TQM, Six Sigma, Kaizen…
- Advantage experience in: Solid knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM),
- Experience in development of sales channel,
- Experience in project management,
- Advantage experience in: PMP - Project Management Professional,
- Independence and proactivity in work,
- Multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills,
- Ability to make quick and efficient decisions,
- Ability to operate under challenging situations and short deadlines,
- Agile concept of thinking and self-motivation,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Passion for quality, performance and reliability,
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written).
