GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum high school graduate,
• Holder of a valid Armed or Unarmed Private Security Officer ID Card,
• Preferably experienced as a security officer in a manufacturing/factory environment,
• Basic computer skills,
• Turkish language skills are preferred,
• Strong communication skills, responsible and attentive,
• Able to work effectively as part of a team,
• Able to adapt to a shift-based working schedule,
• Physically capable of performing the duties required by the position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control factory entrances and exits, maintain visitor records, and inform the relevant departments,
• Manage employee, visitor, and vehicle entry and exit processes in accordance with security procedures,
• Regularly monitor CCTV/security camera systems and inform the relevant departments when necessary,
• Conduct patrols throughout the factory premises and perform security checks,
• Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets,
• Take the necessary initial action in emergency situations, notify the relevant departments, and manage the process in accordance with procedures,
• Record incidents and prepare the necessary reports,
• Perform duties in compliance with company security procedures and applicable laws and regulations,
• Able to work in a three-shift system.
