Our client, regional importer and distributor of international Premium Brands from FMCG industry is looking for experienced, dynamic and motivated candidate for the position:

Country Sales Manager

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving the two basic objectives of the company: sales volumes and the annual gross revenue target
  • Responsible for setting sales and other objectives (KPIs) for each region / sales channel divided by months based on market analysis, regions, channels and customers according to the SMART model
  • Responsible for creating an efficient sales and distribution system, to help achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives as well as cost-effectively
  • Plans and implements programs for the development of the staff of the department by cultivating the culture of continuous development
  • Organizes and directs the coaching process by all line managers of the Sales Department
  • Enters into contracts with clients for the placement of promotional materials; controls their maintenance and placement of products according to the instructions of the marketing department
  • Prepares marketing programs in collaboration with Marketing, follows their implementation as a very important part of achieving sales targets
  • Responsible for contracting clients in accordance with the terms of the company
  • Performs analysis to precede the whole decision-making process; prepares reports and presentations according to the requirements of the company and the needs of the department
  • Accepts to undertake and carry out projects and activities not given above, as defined and agreed with the management directly, in accordance with his / her skills, technical knowledge and level of development

Requirements:

  • Education: Administration, business, management, economics, finance and the like
  • Experience: a minimum of 10 years of work in FMCG, of which at least 5 years in management positions
  • Good insight / knowledge of the FMCG market
  • Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on sales systems and analytic skills
  • Good command of English
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Result oriented, persuasive and goal-oriented with focus on customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
